'My Ord Run with my unit at East Coast Park'

It's been more than half a year since i put on my jogging shoes and go for a run.
Managed to complete the 8km run even though i haven't been jogging for so long =)

However when i reached the park in the morning, i could smell this 'strong nauseous flumes' coming from the sea.
As i walked closer to the beach, i could see this thick layer of 'Milo' water. *puke~

I don't expect anyone would want to come to the beach until the smell is gone~
The smell so bad that it makes you feel nauseous and when the sea breeze blow toward the land, you could feel the air is so dry and hot~

Doesn't look like you would want to go and swim at it, Trust Me!

Paintball or PAINBALL..?!

I'm on leave from this week till the day i ord..!! lolx.. =)

Went office cohesion yesterday at Turf City.

And had Paintball for 'COHESION'..!

Goosh~!!

TAG Paintball actually provided body vest unlike the previous one at Red Dynasty, Only Mask as protection...! (minimize bruises on your body and most importantly pain!)

My 2nd time playing 'PainBall'....
Can never forget the experience i had previously, once bitten, twice shy.

Since i know the 'PAIN', i must learn to Play SMART ah~
Try to avoid getting hit too much and i succeeded with the help of the body vest and obstacles set up there.

But i still kena a 'Head Shot'...!
Got a little BARUGU on my head la.. sob~ =D


After which, we proceed to Vivocity...
We had CARNIVORE for lunch...!!!!

All the meats are grilled so it's very very dry as you eat.
By the time you even realized, you had already drank a couple of cup of water.

Fefe is afraid of height, so she would just quietly slept beside my bed.

Both of them are the newly employ security guard for my house..lol..

Every now and then when ppl walk past, they will bark at them..

Headache~ even at night... lol...

Took both of them for a stroll at the park connector near my place, where i normally went to jog at around 930pm yesterday.

Initially both of them were super hyper active, but after half an hour later..

Fefe just seem so lazy to move anymore..

haha...

After we reached hm, both of them just lay down side by side and rest~ lol..

Must be never exercise enough! Gonna bring them out again tonight~ =P

Will there be better improvement than yesterday..??? lol...

Setting off to Bedok Central to buy our foods & groceries for the entire stay at Bintan.

Tips - There's how you save $$ coz the drinks & food over there are expensive!

-Everyone still looking lifeless- =P

Here we are! Yes! Sheng Siong~! Look at the amount of items we brought. Total costing $200.

Ended up 1 trolley full of foods & 1 with our luggage's

Almost fainted~ lol...

Can't seem to find the cover for the frying pan, so this team try something innovative.. Use a Bigger Frying pan to cover the smaller Frying pan.. Well, at least it works... =P

Feedback Gather

1st Team ~ The potatoes in the curry chicken does not adsorb the curry flavour well enough

2nd Team ~ Understand it's 'Pepper Duck Soup' but it's too spicy liao okie! Pls be careful when u pour the pepper in..! This chef confirm fail... HAHA~ keep Pouring Pepper in sia... Think his taste bud a bit of problem, need to arrange check up urgently.

3rd Team ~ The steam egg is a bit salty~


First Day end early for most of us but there's still some rats out there having supper~

We started playing Board Game while waiting for those Sleeping Queen & king to finish their breakfast.

The weather is damn Scorching Hot~ i Warn You.. we play soccer with the locals and we can hardly play more than 5min. Just look at the pics, i though i was bad. But the one behind me, may need special attention.... lol... *He give up~

In the end, we change our plan and decided to went to the pool.

As i mentioned previously, coming to Bintan suppose to be a relaxing trip, however it seem that it's not different from the one i had at the beginning of the year when i went BBK.

~Totally worn out~

At BBK - Walk, Shop, till you drop.

At Bintan - Sun make you drop.

When than come i really have a relaxing trip....????????? LOL...

But come to it, coming to bintan is really a fun & enjoyable trip for me.

Although the sun tanned me so madly everyday, i still loved the place...

The Sun, the Sea, the place!

1 Advice from me, Never understimate the Power of the Sun & try to get enough rest everyday, Drink lots of water
