I'm Proud of YOU, Singapore!!

Singapore is host of the inaugural Summer Youth Olympic Games in 2010.

Supporters wave Singapore's national flag as they cheer victoriously upon Singapore's win as host city for the 2010 YOG.

IOC President Jacques Rogge announces Singapore as host city for the first ever 2010 Youth Olympic Games.

Supporters cheer and celebrate upon hearing the bidding results for the 2010 YOG at Singapore's city hall area.

Was showing my support in front of the tv, waiting for the result to be release. Turn out that Singapore, the little "red-dot" beat Moscow, the other candidate city shortlisted with Singapore from nine other cities which had put in bids to host the inaugural event.

Feeling so anxious for that every moment when IOC President Jacques Rogge was going to show the result... Phew~ got a mix feeling, surprise & joyful... surprise Singapore made it all the way & beat so many big cities to be the first in the history to host it & of coz, joyful because we won!

Singapore is host to the first-ever Youth Olympic Games!

lots of things to look forward to during 2010.. the year whereby i ORD, my new house, and YOG... seem like a busy year~ hopefully a Good year! =)

After which, went for IAP than headed back to sch to continue my final year of study.... Get into a new class, feel so stranger... but after all, they are a bunch of nice people, very helpful group.... Class 2008!

Take care everyone =)

Last Night at Blk 29 coffee shop...

Introduction :

29 coffee shop is a regular meeting place for my group of friends for those who don't know... very often we meet up at night and talk our heart out, share our experiences, fun encountering and many more... many people might say, so young behave like those old uncle already?? everytime "kopitiam, kopitiam.." haha...

Well firstly, it's at the centre of our house and it open till very late... we used to sit down and chat one whole night, until the shop closed & open. we will had our breakfast before went hm, not just once but a few time... so much things to talk meh??? lolz...

But now, it's all gg to be history and memories... few more months and this building will be gone forever~

The blk is gg to be tear down due to en-block & they are shifting to other places.... Guess we have to hunt for a new "meeting place"... =p

Forget to take pics! haha

Here's another issue... My new Home to be is gg to start building soon! haha... finally... they are putting up the fence and move in some machines.... At last, things are moving...

so 1 good news and 1 bad news... not that bad afterall??? at least there's something to look forward... =)

here are some pics which i find it quite meaningful, wan to share with u all:

The 4 things u cannot recover

2 more days to Chinese New year!!!

how come my house still don't have the CNY atmosphere yet?? no much decoration this year... so plain... lolz... maybe as time goes by, we grown up... getting used to it & some might even think this as just another public holiday... as what adult says when i was still a kid, guess most of the adults would say this: "children enjoy the most when come to CNY, they love it"...

i guess it very true... when we are still kids, we look very eagerly to CNY.. parent bring u out to buy new clothes, Ang Bao(red packet) to take and have the chance to visit other relative places, eat, drink and play
sparklers with cousin... but now?? haha... Grown up liao, on yr own... so cherish it. It's a nice memories afterall...

It's a cycle i guess, by the time when we have children in the future, it will be their turn to enjoy... and we might just carry on passing the sentence... =)

SPRING CLEANING TOMORROW!
