Missing for 2Months!!! =P
Anyway, Guess where i went this evening..?!
I went to attend YOGA lesson at True Fitness.! (Pacific Plaza)
Can you believe it?? =D
It's true... my friend register my name w/o informing me.
And i went...
Well, Yoga seem to be some sort of stretching exercise to me after attending the lesson.
Every moves that the instructor teach, it's all abt stretching your muscles.
From head to toes, none of the muscles group can escape from it.
It's a 1hr session, just nice.. any longer than that i don't think any beginners can take it..lol...
(talking abt myself) =P
Never underestimate the power of YOGA.!
Always though it's just a relax & simple exercise.. haha...
Although No Running, carrying Weight involved.
You will still sweat by doing those stretching moves.!
However it definitely relax your mind but not your muscles..
I suffered from cramp just right after the first few moves... lol...
Not easy... really... maybe my muscles is kinda stiff..
After the session, it makes you more refresh and feel lighter..
That's why i can't get to bed yet.. lol...
Wondering whether i will get muscle ache tmr? =D
